Asus-Garmin A10 And A50 Smartphones

Asus-Garmin could be regarded as the strategic alliance, which allows the Garmin Ltd. and Asustek Computer Inc.. combine resources to develop mobile Location Based Service (LBS-centric) world class. As a result, both are able to present a nicely smartphone ,titled A10 and A50, with the advantages of GPS navigation plus Android 2.1 operating system (Eclair).

In terms of size, both A10 and A50 fairly petite. It's just that there are fundamental differences. Call it on-screen sector, where the A10 type LCD adopted a multi-touch capacitive measuring 3.2 inches, while the A50 is 3.5 inches.Camera side was recorded different , with a 5 MP autofocus in A10-and 3.2 MP resolution for model A50. Similarly, the capacity of RAM, a 512MB to embed RAM / ROM A50 mobile phone. While A10 is considered sufficient by the RAM / ROM of 256MB.

Later, by purchasing this Asus-Garmin smartphone users no longer need to pocket more to buy or download a map from a server provided by a third. Enough with the maps that have been integrated.

Walking Mode feature for pedestrians, Google Maps with Street View is also available on both this phone, which allows users to view a detailed address of their destination before starting the journey navigation. Also, Junction View, which lets users know the proper path when turning at an intersection.

Asus-Garmin A10 and A50 also equipped with a database of 'point of interest' (POI), and can deliver real-time information on weather, fuel prices, availability of parking, showtimes cinemas, public transport and many others. Service Connected Services can be accessed directly via the features 'click on go', whose contents TrueLocal Local Search, Panoramio, Ciao, Flight Status, Converters, Fuel, and Free Map.

Based on information received via press release, that the Asus-Garmin products are already available in the Indonesian market. The price is Rp 3.8 million for the A10, and Rp 3.5 million for the A50.

Asus-Garmin Nuvifone M10

Asus-Garmin Nuvifone M10 finally introduce the smartphone. One interesting thing in this phone, where the M10 is supported by the operating system Windows Mobile 6.5.3 (code name: Maldives), which makes the first phone that uses Microsoft's latest mobile OS.

M10 will be equipped Nuvifone touchscreen TFT display plus a 600 MHz processor. Sector there are 512 MB of RAM memory, 512 MB ROM and 4GB of memory storage. Then, 5 MP camera, 3G, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth and microSD slot.

For a while the Asus-Garmin Nuvifone M10 has preorder for the Taiwan market, with the price of around 310 euros (435 U.S. dollars).
